Oyo youths set fire on cow market.

A cow market has been set on fire by irate youths in Oyo state, It was suspected that suspected kidnappers mingle freely with herders hence the decision to shut down the market, some youths in Igangan, Ibarapa North local government area of Oyo state on Friday, January 15 set ablaze cow market in Igangan town.

According to the report, there was an agreement by the dwellers in the area that the market should be shut down due to insecurity in the Ibarapa axis of the state

Earlier, two cow markets in the Igbo Ora-Ideere axis had been shut down, owing to the suspicion that some suspected kidnappers could mingle freely with herders. Governor Makinde was yet to address the issue at the time of this report.
