Nigeria Will Start Producing Airplanes Before End Of 2023 — Minister of Aviation.

Nigeria’s Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, has disclosed that the nation will commence the manufacturing of aeroplanes before the present regime comes to an end in 2023.

Sirika made this remark after he came back from Hungary, where he paid an inspection visit to the Magnus Aircraft Industry located in Pogany.

James Odaudu, the spokesperson of the ministry in a statement from the minister said,

Sirika revealed the aircraft produced in Magnus is lightweight, viable for military training, have aerobatic dexterity and are made of composite materials that are of high strength.

In addition, he said, the aeroplane makes use of vehicle petrol and performs better than any training aircraft in its category.

He spoke highly of the features and also reiterate the preparedness to commence the production of the aircraft in Nigeria.
