Constituents could not hold their joy towards the Lagos state lawmaker, Hon Sir (Dr) Jude Idimogu, who Hosted Constituency Stakeholders Meeting In Oshodi/Isolo Constituency ll 19the Auguest 2021.
The constituents who trooped out in their numbers were thrilled by Hon Jude Idimogu patter of leadership, input towards carrying constituents along in constituency projects, Also speaking on the theme of this year’s stakeholders meeting which was ‘Increasing Wave of Drug Abuse: A Threat to Nation Building’,
Hon Idimogu stated that there are laws and motions that the Lagos State House of Assembly has passed to support or encourage the executive to ensure the needful is done in the fight against drug abuse and trafficking.he begged the constituent to join in the fight.
The meeting was gracefully attended by the Executive Chairman of Isolo LCDA, Hon Adebayo Olasoju, The Executive Chairman of Ejigbo LCDA, Hon Monsurudeen Oloyede Bello, The Councilors and The two-party LGA Chairmen, Members of NDLA,
Others were Community leaders, businessmen/women, traders, diplomats, religious bodies, traditional rulers, security agencies, stakeholders, representatives from the Lagos House of Assembly and the press.
The event took place at Isolo Council Secretariat we gathered held simultaneously in all the 40 constituencies across Lagos State.
Lagos State Employment Trust Fund” was on the ground to educate people on how they can access employment and loans, Hon encourages interested people “Go to the LSETF office, make inquiries, provide what they said you should provide and those you cannot provide reach me I can volunteer to pay tax for anybody that is interested; I am not talking of companies, but individuals that are interested in taking the loan.
The peak of the event was the interactive session where Hon Jude, took time to answer major pressing issues raised by constituents and prefer solutions,
in conclusion, The lawmaker, Hon Sir (Dr) Jude Idimogu advise and encourage the constituents to submit their complaints as a project to the state assembly and he encourages them to contribute towards making society a better place because Government alone can not do the job.
