It is so unfortunate that the Federal government of Nigeria will listen, negotiate with, OPC, Niger Delta militants, Boko haram, and herdsman, make a budget for them, some give stipends, some send on international training and some re-employed why the same government would not want to listen to or talk or even negotiate with IPOB but to crush/kill them all off is the intention of the Nigerian government, yet clain is one Nigeria, obviously, there’s nothing one in this country called Nigeria.
